Los Angeles-based film production studio Corridor Digital recently released a new video about 2022’s The Batman. The studio, known for its humorous CGI changes to classic films, replaced Batman actor Robert Pattinson with the OG Batman Adam West.
The video was released on April 24th, 2022 on the Corridor Crew YouTube channel. The video runs just over twenty-two minutes and is titled ‘We Put The OLDEST Batman Into The NEWEST Batman’.

I’ve only been watching Corridor for about a year. I first found out about their YouTube channel after they released their R-Rated version of 1971’s Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory. I instantly fell in love with this group of creators after seeing August Gloop exploding in the chocolate river pipe.
Their new video on The Batman is no exception. While I haven’t seen the new Batman film yet, I understand that it is a gritty and dark take on the character (much like every live-action Batman post-1980). It was really silly to see the humorous and campy Adam West Batman deep faked into the modern dark drama Batman mythos.
Another thing that I love about Corridor’s videos is that they explain the creative process when it comes to CGI and deep fakes. Honestly, CGI is a part of filmmaking that I have a hard time wrapping my mind around. After watching hours of Corridor videos, I feel as though I have at least a basic understanding of the process. Who said you can’t learn and have fun at the same time?
