Fat Mike Is On Drugs (Again) is a new track from punk ska band Less Than Jake. The song was released on July 14, 2022. The animation for the music video was done by Chris Fafalios.
Most punk fans are familiar with Fat Mike’s long history of drug use and sobriety. While this song may come off as a diss track, Less Than Jake and NOFX are old friends. This was meant to be a fun and humorous song poking fun at Fat Mike.
I thought this song was hilarious. I have been a fan of both Less Than Jake and NOFX for a long time. Though NOFX has more blatantly-funny songs than Less Than Jake, both bands have great senses of humor in their lyrics.
Also, Less Than Jake sounds great in this track. This band has been around for a long time and they are still killing it. It has been about 10 years since I have last seen them live, but I would love to go to a Less Than Jake show soon.
