About Baby From Five Nights At Freddy’s
Baby is one of the villains in the Five Nights At Freddy’s series. She is an animatronic that was initially built to capture children. However, their role in the story becomes more complex when the animatronic is possessed by the soul of William Afton’s daughter.

The Death Of Elizabeth Afton
Elizabeth Afton is the daughter of the series’ antagonist William Afton. When William Afton creates the Circus Baby animatronic, he tells Elizabeth to stay away from her. The Baby animatronic is programmed to count the number of people in a room. The robot then captures a child when they are alone with them.
Elizabeth, not knowing about this feature, sneaks in to play with Baby. This causes Baby to capture and murder Elizabeth Afton. From this point forward, Elizabeth’s soul is trapped inside Baby.
Circus Baby (FNAF Sister Location)
“She can dance, she can sing. She’s equipped with a built-in helium tank for inflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests. She can even dispense ice cream.” – William Afton, Sister Location
In Five Nights At Freddy’s Sister Location, Michael Afton (Elizabeth’s brother) heads to William’s underground facility in search of Elizabeth. He finds her, possessing the Circus Baby animatronic.
Throughout the course of Sister Location, Baby guides Michael on his way through the underground bunker. However, this is all ruse. Baby is actually leading Michael to his death.
When Michael reaches The Scooping Room, Baby finally reveals her big plans. Baby’s endoskeleton is combined with the other animatronics’ skeletons to create an amalgamation called Ennard. As Ennard, the group scoops out Michael’s insides. They then leave the bunker wearing Michael as a skin suit.
Baby’s Rejection From Ennard
In between Sister Location and Pizzeria Simulator, Baby is removed from Ennard. This was detailed through a conversation between Baby and Ennard hidden in the code of Scott Cawthon’s website.
Scrap Baby (FNAF Pizzeria Simulator)
“You played right into our hands. Did you really think that this job just fell out of the sky for you? No. This was a gift for us.” – Scrap Baby, Pizzeria Simulator
After being ejected from Ennard, Baby rebuilds her costume with junk parts that she finds. After the opening of the Pizzeria Simulator location, Baby (now known as Scrap Baby) goes to the back alley in order to be brought into the restaurant.
Once she is inside the restaurant, Scrap Baby attempts to kill her brother Michael who is employed as the security guard. She is also joined by her father in the form of Scraptrap and Ennard in the form of Molten Freddy.
Just when it seems like the antagonists of the franchise have the upper hand, we get a communication from Henry. Henry was Williams’s business partner who turned against him when he found out about William’s dark deeds.
Henry tells Baby, and the other evil animatronics, that the Pizzeria Simulator location is a trap. They played right into his hand. Henry then burns down the restaurant, freeing the souls of the series’ villains…for now at least.
Baby In FNAF Ultimate Custom Night
“Want to see The Scooping Room?” – Circus Baby, Ultimate Custom Night
Both Circus Baby and Scrap Baby appear in Five Nights At Freddy’s Ultimate Custom Night.
In Ultimate Custom Night, Circus Baby references the events of Sister Location by saying ‘Want To See The Scooping Room?’ Scrap Baby references the events of Pizzeria Simulator by saying ‘Time for your controlled shock.’
Many fans believe that Ultimate Custom Night is William Afton’s personal hell. He is trapped in a form of purgatory and is constantly killed by his own creations. This explains why both Circus Baby and Scrap Baby can appear in the same game.
